I feel that the surgery treat me as a person and not a number. I have yet to have a problem over 29 years in getting an appointment promptly, often the same day. Everybody at the surgery is totally professional in their attitude to patients. Long may this situation continue.

The receptionists are always really helpful and friendly and usually manage to arrange something convenient. I think this is worth commenting on in the light of other horror stories I hear about doctors' receptionists! Diane, the Practice Manager/Nurse is also great. She is very patient and always takes the time to explain what she is doing and why which makes a huge difference to the "experience".

All staff, from the first phone call until the last goodbye are helpful and caring. I did not have to wait long before I was called for my appointment which was very refreshing. Staff never talk down to me as has been the case in some surgeries and are always understanding. Thank you and keep up the good work!

The surgery has a very good appointments system with the option of urgent and non-urgent. The receptionists are very helpful and I seldom have to wait for more than a week for a non-urgent appointment and that's usually because I've asked to see a particular doctor.

All persons connected to this surgery are polite, friendly and helpful. The waiting room is clean and bright, and waiting time is extremely short. Only on one occasion have I been kept waiting and the reception staff advised of this and apologised to all those waiting. Well done everyone connected to this surgery. Thank you.
